In preparation for CHPI’s September publication of information on over 15,000 California physicians, we are pleased to announce the opening of the private Physician Review and Corrections Portal. Those physicians included in the public reporting have an opportunity to preview their quality measures, to review the underlying data, and to submit corrections as necessary prior to publication.
